This is the 4th JMHB prototype I made and is the version going on sale later in the year. These pickups are built to retain the wide, open response and dynamic attack associated with vintage-style Jazzmaster pickups, while eliminating unwanted hum and interference.
Designed as a direct replacement for Fender USA ’62 and ’65 Jazzmaster models, each pickup features adjustable screw pole pieces for precise string balance and Alnico 5 magnets for strong articulation, punch, and clarity.
This is the bridge version with an Ivory cover. The resistance is 13k.
